About

One team for work that used to need three.

Magnex LLC is a media, communication and IT company in Boulder, Colorado. We build brands, write software, and keep the systems running — for clients across the Middle East, the European Union and North America.

The company exists in this shape for one reason: the projects that matter most to our clients need all three, on one deadline, and buying them separately is what makes that deadline move.

Why one company

What it looks like from our side.

The homepage makes the client-facing version of this argument: three vendors who do not talk to each other is how launch dates slip. This is the internal version.

Working this way costs us something. Three disciplines under one roof means carrying capability that is idle some of the time, and it means the people who scope work have to understand all three well enough not to promise something the others cannot deliver. A specialist studio does not have that problem.

What we get in return is that nobody can hand a problem sideways. When the site needs assets the brand team has not finished, that is one internal conversation rather than two suppliers and a client caught in the middle. That is the whole trade, and we think it is a good one.

  1. 01

    Listen

We start with the deadline and the budget, then work backwards to what is genuinely possible between now and then.

  2. 02

    Focus

We agree what this piece of work is for — and, more usefully, what we are deliberately not doing.

  3. 03

    Frame

Concepts, routes and running orders. Enough to approve confidently, not so much that anyone gets precious about it.

  4. 04

    Build

Design, code, film, fabrication. Whatever the work needs, made by the same team that scoped it.

  5. 05

    Go Live

Launch day, opening night, or the morning the system carries real users. Someone senior is there either way.

  6. 06

    Sharpen

What worked, what did not, and what changes before the next one. Retainers live here; projects get a written version.

Partnerships

Who we bring in, and what for.

Named partners pending — each needs permission

Technology providers

Cloud, infrastructure and platform vendors behind the IT work, including whichever certifications the team actually holds.

Named partners to be added. Naming a vendor as a partner is a claim about a relationship, so each one needs their agreement first.

Event venues and suppliers

Venues, staging, AV and fabrication partners across the region. On events the supplier list is most of the delivery capability.

Content creators

Directors, photographers, editors and voice talent brought in per project rather than carried as overhead.
